The “Trail del Marganai” is organised by the Consorzio Natura Viva of Domusnovas with the collaboration of the Raid Karalis of the Cagliari division of Assoraider – Associazione Italiana di Scautismo Raider.
Over 18 years old athletes and walkers with medical certificate for sport activities and minors accompanied for the whole event by regularly registered adults, are admitted.
Bikes or any other means of transport are not admitted, except those necessary to guarantee service or rescue operations. The organization declines any responsibility regarding the participants physical fitness and any civil and criminal liability for damages caused by the participants for damages to persons or properties and for damages to the participant him/herself arising from attending the event. The participant, by submitting the registration declares to grant authorization for the legitimate and free use the images that may portray him/her during the event.
The registration fee for the “Trail del Marganai 10 Km Non-Competitive” is 16 euro and the payment is due the latest on February 25, 2019.
The registration fee includes all services indicated in this regulation, a race pack with number (bib), a technical t-shirt and an invitation to the post-race pasta party.
You can choose to pay via credit card or bank transfer. Krono.run will manage registration and payments.
In case of failure to participate in the race, the registration fee will not be refunded.
The race packs will be delivered at the reception nearby the starting line:
” Saturday, March 09, 2019 from 16.00 to 19.30
” Sunday, March 10, 2019 from 08.30 to 10.00 am
All participants need to be at the starting line at 10.00 am, ready to start at 10.30 am.
Even if it is not a competitive race, the organizers consider 4 hours an adequate time range to complete the whole itinerary.
Medical assistance is provided by an ambulance situated at the Cartiera di Domusnovas (nearby the starting line).
The athletes and walkers are expected to respect traffic rules and regulations along the whole route.
By submitting the registration, the participant declares to have received, to know and accept the regulation, published as well on the website www.traildelmarganai.org. The participant declares under his/her own responsibility to report the truth (art. 2 Italian Law 04/01/1968 n° 15 modified by art. 3 com 10 Italian Law 15/05/1997 n° 127), and to exempt the organization from any responsibility, both civil and penal for any damages or injuries which could occur to third parties, properties or to the participant him/herself, arising from attending the event.
According to the D.Lgs. n°196, 2003 (“Italian Personal Data Protection Code”), the provided information will be used for the following purposes: to prepare a list of participants and create a historical record, to provide the services declared in the regulation, to provide information and advertising material regarding the event Trail del Marganai.
By submitting the registration for the”Trail del Marganai 10 Km Non-Competitive”, the participant authorizes explicitly the organization, together with their media partners to freely use, still and moving images, that may portray him/her during the event on all supports, including promotional and/or advertising material, without territorial limits and for the maximum time admitted by current laws, regulations and treaties.
The Organization reserves the right to adjust this regulation at any time, in order to improve the event and related services.
If (eventually) services, places or time schedules change, registered participants will be informed by e-mail or divulgence on our website www.traildelmarganai.org. Further information about the participation in the event will be given in occasion of the race pack delivery.
Privacy information: by submitting the registration, participants endorse the Italian Personal Data Protection Code (Decreto Lgs. 30.06.2003, n°196/03) and authorize the Organization and externals operating on its behalf to treat personal data, with or without data medium, and to use them in order to fulfil functions that are inherent in the event.
